Are you looking to prove your Microsoft Office skills? If so Microsoft Office Certification.com will help you get the training you need to be a Microsoft Office Specialist or Master Microsoft Office Specialist or just answer the questions you have.
Microsoft’s MOS or Microsoft Office Specialist certification is meant for people in any industry and with various job roles who want to demonstrate a high-level of proficiency with Microsoft’s Office Software applications. Microsoft has positioned MOS exams so they “provide a valid and reliable measure of technical proficiency and expertise by evaluating the overall comprehension of Office applications, your ability to use their advanced features, and your ability to integrate the Microsoft Office applications with other software applications.“
The Microsoft Office certification commonly referred to as MOS certification got its start back in 1998 as the MOUS certification. The MOUS stood for Microsoft Office User Specialist. At the time the exams were on Office 97 applications. In mid 2002, Microsoft changed the certification name from MOUS or Microsoft Office User Specialists to the shorter name MOS or Microsoft Office Specialist.
There are no prerequisites to obtain the MOS certifications, although some MOS certifications build on others. There are three levels of Microsoft Office Certification (MOS): Core Specialist, Expert Specialist, and Master MOS. Microsoft Office Certification exams are available for Office 2000, Office XP or 2002 and Office 2003. Exams are available in:
Microsoft Word -- Microsoft Excel -- Microsoft PowerPoint
Microsoft Outlook -- Microsoft Access
